How it works
AidReady is a managed marketplace, not a directory. You state your need, we verify the trainer, an admin confirms every booking, and we keep your evidence and renewals straight, end to end. Here is exactly how.
Two ways to start
Either route ends at the same admin-confirmed booking with a verified trainer. Nothing is charged until that trainer is confirmed.
For several courses, multiple sites, or an unusual requirement, the guided request captures what we need and returns your price. No account required.
Or see a price instantly — pick a course:

The process
Request
Tell us the course, location and headcount, or pick a course above, and see an immediate VAT-inclusive price for the whole group.
Admin-approved match
We confirm a verified independent trainer for your date and setting. You only pay once the match is set, never before.
Delivered
Training runs on your date, on site or at a venue, classroom or blended, under the trainer's own awarding organisation.
Evidence pack
You receive an audit-ready pack: certificates, the trainer's qualification and insurance references, and awarding-body evidence.
Renewal tracked
We monitor the three-year cycle and remind you before anything lapses, so cover never quietly expires. Set a reminder.
How every trainer is verified
HSE stopped approving first aid providers in 2013, so the duty to check competence falls on you. We do it for you, before any booking.

What “verified” actually means
A current, regulated qualification for the exact course they deliver, from a recognised UK awarding organisation.
Current public-liability and professional-indemnity insurance, evidenced, not just asserted.
Awarding-body evidence held on file and re-checked at expiry, so a lapsed credential never slips through.
AidReady is the principal supplier: you pay AidReady one VAT-inclusive price, and we settle the verified trainer after delivery. We issue no certificates ourselves and are not HSE-approved; the trainer certifies under their own awarding organisation.
What it costs, and why
Each course is one price for the whole group of up to 12, the same whether six people attend or twelve; we never charge per head. Figures are shown ex-VAT with 20% added, and you see the total before you pay. Weekend or evening delivery, a trainer-provided venue, or long-distance travel can add to a price, but more people never does.
