AidReady operates a managed marketplace connecting organisations with verified first aid trainers. By using AidReady you agree to these terms.

Our role

AidReady helps organisations source and manage first aid training. AidReady does not provide legal advice and does not replace an employer's responsibility to assess first-aid needs. Course suitability depends on the organisation's workplace, risks, workforce, learners and regulatory context.

Payments

AidReady collects payment for training on behalf of the booking. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Bookings & cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received, an option is selected and AidReady has approved the booking. Cancellation terms are shown on each option.

Trainer terms

These terms apply to trainers who join the AidReady panel, in addition to the fee and details we confirm with you in writing for each booking.

Your fee

Your fee for a booking is agreed and shown to you in full before you accept, and you are paid that fee after you have delivered the course and returned the register and certification confirmation. What the customer pays AidReady is a separate figure that covers finding and vetting the customer, the VAT invoice, admin, the evidence pack and backup cover. You keep pricing of your own private work entirely to yourself.

No circumvention

Where AidReady introduces you to a customer, you agree that for 12 months after that booking you will not solicit or accept first aid training work directly from that customer outside AidReady. This does not affect any of your own existing clients, who remain entirely yours, and it does not stop you taking further AidReady bookings for that customer. If this is breached, AidReady may charge a fee equal to the amount it would have earned on the direct work.

Standards

You will keep your mandatory evidence current, deliver under your own awarding organisation, follow AidReady standards and report incidents. AidReady may suspend a trainer whose mandatory evidence expires.

The no-circumvention clause above must be reviewed by a solicitor before it is relied on in a dispute.
