AidReady processes personal data to provide its training marketplace: organisation and contact details, training requests, trainer evidence, and learner records for certification.

What we collect

Contact details, booking and payment records, trainer qualification/insurance evidence, and learner names and certificate details.

How we use it

To match trainers, take payment, release evidence packs and track renewals. We do not expose private trainer documents publicly, and trainer contact details are shared only after a booking is confirmed.
